In order to equip the teachers with the advanced skills and knowledge needed to deliver engaging lessons and to cater to the diverse learning styles, training programs and workshops are regularly conducted for them. These training programmes help the teachers to expose students to the most relevant information by enabling the teachers to tailor their own approach to meet the individual needs of the students.
Our teachers are continuously enriched through comprehensive training programmes. They participate in workshops and seminars organized by prestigious bodies like CBSE, NCERT, KVS HQ, Regional Offices, and Zonal Institutes of Education & Training. Additionally, Vidyalaya itself conducts in-house training sessions on academics, ICT (Information and Communication Technology), and mental health and well-being ensuring our educators stay at the forefront of pedagogy and best practices.
