Kendriya Vidyalaya Thalassery consists of one scout and guide group . Scout & cubs, Guide & bulbul troops (Vivekananda & Rani Laksmibhai) .Every Wednesday one zero period is earmarked for scout and guide activities. Scouts & guides are actively participating in all the indoor and outdoor activities regularly. Used to conduct rallies on special occasions to make aware of the general public. Scouts, guides, cubs & bubul are participating and qualifying in their progressive exams. All kinds of celebrations related to scouts & guides are being conducted regularly. Presently five Rajya puraskar scouts, nine Tritiya sopan Scouts, 12 Tritiya sopan guides have qualified. Cubs and bulbuls participated and won 10 Golden Arrow, 15 Chaturth Charan & 13 Tritiya Charan honours.
